Physical Synthesis warrants this product to be free of defects in materials or construction for a period of one year from the date of purchase (proof of purchase/invoice required). Malfunction resulting from wrong power supply voltages, backwards or reversed SATA cable connection, signal voltages over 10pp, or abuse of the product or any other causes determined by Physical Synthesis  to be the fault of the user are not covered by this warranty, and normal service rates will apply.

 

During the warranty period, any defective products will be repaired or replaced, at the option of Physical Synthesis, on a return-to-manufacturer basis with the customer paying the transit cost to Physical Synthesis.

Your order secures the reservation and purchase of your Cicada Founders Edition Extended system. 

This order also doesn’t imply that physical synthesis, inc. will be responsible for shipping and customs expenses incurred for the delivery of your Cicada Founders Edition system.
